Figure 1 - Small Alphabet Test Design
The small alphabet test design checks for the ability to do small lettering without thread breaks, pull-outs, or other errors. It is useful to check the adjustment of the AMAYA prior to doing a job that requires a significant amount of small lettering.
The small alphabet test should be sewn on one layer of white broad cloth (Melco PN: 344754-01) (or any white polyester material) or equivalent with one layer of backing (ARC PN: C20162210).
