It is recommended that all warranty repairs are referred to Melco Technical Support before ordering any parts that are replaced under warranty provisions. All parts that are replaced under warranty must be recommended by either a Melco authorized field service technician or Melco Technical Support. International customers are encouraged to contact their International Distributor for support.
To order parts, including lubrication supplies, call the Melco Parts Department. International customers should order parts through their International Distributor. (Click on the link to view a list of international distributors for your country.)
Customers will be initially charged for all replacement parts covered by warranty provisions. When the defective part is received by Melco, the customer will then be credited with the cost of the replacement part. When the repair is made by Melco authorized field service technicians, no charge to the customer for defective parts will be assessed.
Melco Field Service Technicians should discuss warranty replacement parts with Melco Technical Support prior to ordering them, unless it is absolutely determined that the part is defective and needs to be replaced.
When ordering parts, always order parts from the electronic AMAYA parts manual CD with the same serial number of the AMAYA machine you are ordering parts for. It is absolutely critical that you use the correct parts manual. As the AMAYA continues to be developed and improved, machines will not always use the same parts.
