Will save the active file with its current file name, location, and file format. If these properties have not already been defined then you will receive the Save As dialog. You can find this function in two locations: the toolbar button or under the File Menu. The keyboard shortcut key for this is <Ctrl> S.
When you select Save As from the File Menu or you receive the Save As dialog box when selecting the Save toolbar button, you will need to determine the file name, location, and format. You have the option to save files in the formats listed below:

Note that when saving in the Tajima format, the file’s internal file name can be entered in the Save As dialog (in the Tajima Internal Filename textbox). If this textbox is left blank, the internal file name will be changed to match the Windows file name.
The sewing field sizes, and options for saving home formats are listed below:
Note: When File splitting occurs a message will pop-up when saving. The message states that the file will be split into the number of files (2 files for example), and the files will have an extension (on the name you selected) of "_A", "_B". When opening these files again, simply open "_A" and the other files will open as well.

A pop-up dialogue will appear, with the suggested hoop sewing field already selected. It will also give you the option to select a larger one if you prefer that instead.
