Windows must be loaded and functioning properly prior to contacting Melco's
Technical Support Staff. Technicians are available to assist with installing
Melco software, but please read all accompanying documentation prior to
calling.
If you purchase your own computer system (not from Melco) or use an
existing system (also not from Melco), the Melco Technical Support staff will
not be able to assist with configuring any other software or hardware that
will be operating in conjunction with Melco software
Melco Embroidery Systems will provide up to one (1) hour of free telephone
support to install and configure EDS software purchased from Melco Embroidery
Systems. If after the 1 hour the software still does not function properly due
to reasons that are undetermined, the computer, all hardware, and all software
must be sent to Melco Embroidery Systems for proper configuration.
The customer understands that the information presented in this document is
only a general list of suggestions and in no way guarantees that the hardware
purchased from sources other than Melco will be 100% compatible with the
products purchased through Melco.
