Zoom

Graphical Zoom in allows you to click and drag a box around the area that you would like to zoom in on. This operation is more specific than Zoom in. The keyboard shortcut key for this is <Ctrl> spacebar.

Zoom in enlarges a portion of the design on the screen. To move to a different portion use the scroll bars. This is useful for more precise editing. It does not affect sewing size. Besides pressing the toolbar button to use zoom in, you can also use a keyboard shortcut by pressing <Ctrl> '+' on your keyboard (using the numeric keypad).

Zoom out decreases the design size on the screen. It does not affect sewing size. The keyboard shortcut for zoom out is to press <Ctrl> '-' on your keyboard (using the numeric keypad).

Zoom actual displays on the screen the actual sewing size of a design. After changing the design view, click this tool to bring the design view back to it's actual sewing size. The keyboard shortcut for zoom actual is to press <Alt> A on your keyboard.

Zoom to fit will increase or decrease the design size to fit the entire design on the screen. Click this tool to display the full design. It does not affect sewing size. The keyboard shortcut for zoom to fit window is to press <Ctrl> F on your keyboard.

Fit Selection Zoom allows you to zoom in on a specific area that you would like to edit. After you have an area selected to edit, click on the fit selection tool.

Zoom previous will return one previous zoom level. It does not affect sewing size. The keyboard shortcut for zoom previous is to press <Ctrl> L on your keyboard.
