You can change the global scaling factors for the wireframe elements throughout an entire design. To access these scale factors click on the "Edit Menu", then "ScaleFactors". You will then see the following dialog:
An example of this is a design containing fill stitches at different densities. If you were to change the Global Scale Factor for fill density to 130 %, each separate complex fill will have 30% fewer stitches. If one fill density was set to 4.2, that same fill will now have a density of 5.5. Whereas another fill in the same design that had a 8 density would now be a 10.4 density.
