Set the letter height equivalent to the Tackle Twill alphabet that you are using, i.e. 2.00" letter height when using 2" Tackle Twill.
-
The recommended density for these alphabets is anywhere from 10 points to 20 points. At 20 points the job will sew faster, but you may want less than 2mm between stitches.
-
The 2", 4", and 6" alphabets contain uppercase letters A thru Z and numerals 0 thru 9.
-
The 6" alphabet is a 1 color alphabet; it contains a color change command between the outline stitching and the tack-down stitching.
-
The 8" and 10" alphabets contain numerals 0 thru 9 only.
-
The 2", 4" 8" and 10" alphabets contain 3 color change commands: 1 between the outside outline and the outside tack-down; 1 between the outside tack-down and the inside outline; and 1 between the inside outline and the inside tack-down.
Steps:

An outline walkstitch sews first then a color change command (machine will stop).
